Established in 2006 with the mission to assist children in Panama, The Verdmont Capital Foundation focuses in improving Education, providing school children in less affluent areas
with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from
Verdmont Capital S.A., its employees, owners, clients and friends.
Verdmont Capital S.A. pays for all of the
foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of donations go to charitable
causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus donations do not
provide any tax benefit.
The Foundation is overseen by a council which
meets monthly to review the allocation of funds to various causes that it
